1. Clear all the Instagram Cache by long-pressing the app and then select app info.
2. Go to Google and search for Instagram Password Reset and select the first link.
3. Select ‘Can’t reset your password’.

8. Enter the new email address and then put the confirmation code that you’ll receive via email.
9. Then you’ll be required to take the video selfie and you should keep the phone at eye level. Allow the app to record you and then submit the video.
10. The video receipt will be sent to you via mail and these confirmation videos are kept only for a limited time.
11. You’ll see the option ‘Reset password’ and then you’ll be taken towards the app and then you can set your password.
